A handful of guides have been created to help both new and experienced users find their way around the site and get access to the information they want and need.

Two guides provide information on using the features of the site to do just this. The first is a navigational guide to the Interconnection web site. The second is a guide to using the customer guides (currently available for CLECs, wireless carriers, and payphone service providers) in the PDF format.
