Service Description

BellSouth Billing Name and Address (BNA) for ANI service provides telecommunications providers the ability to request billing information of end users who are not subscribed to the provider.

With Billing Name and Address for ANI telecommunications providers can match a customer's Automatic Number Identification (ANI) with billing information from BellSouth. The service provides the means for billing and recouping long distance charges for calls made using the popular 101-XXXX dialing scheme, calling card calls and collect and third party billed calls.

Service Design

BellSouth Billing Name and Address for ANI service provides carriers with billing records for each identified caller number.

For each caller, carriers submit an Automatic Number Identification (ANI). For each ANI submitted, BellSouth will provide the carrier the following information:

  • Billing Name and Street Address of the Subscriber (BNA)
  • Billing Telephone Number (BTN)
  • Working Telephone Number (WTN)
  • Terminal Number (TER)
  • IC Type Indicator (CTI)
  • IC Code

Availability & Pricing

With BellSouth Billing Name and Address for ANI service you only pay for what you need. The per record pricing maximizes the value of the service. The current price of the service is just $.20 per record.

Billing Name and Address for ANI is available to registered Interexchange Carriers (IXCs) in all states.
