BellSouth Customer Name and Address (CNA) service enables you to obtain customer information to update your internal databases, without directly contacting the end user.
Updated monthly, CNA provides up-to-date billing and customer account information, so you can set up billing and customer service systems to anticipate your customers' needs. CNA makes it easy to keep up with customer addresses and contact numbers so you can reach them when you have to.

Service Design
To keep your customer database current, BellSouth Customer Name and Address service provides you with the following data:
- Billing Name and Address
- Billing Telephone Number
- Working Telephone Number
- Terminal Number
- Customer Type Indicator (Business or Residential)
- Non-published/Non-list Indicator (If subscribed to an IXC)
- Customer Code
Availability & Pricing
CNA has multiple ordering options available to meet your unique business needs. You can choose to update your billing database by an assortment of options, including subscription type, geography, customer type (business/residence) or jurisdiction (Inter/Intra LATA). For each billing record requested you pay only $.04. This record-based price structure ensures you only pay for what you get.
Ordering & Implementation
BellSouth Customer Name and Address (CNA) service can by ordered by obtaining a Customer Information Request Form (CL-1058) and forwarding it to the Equal Access Service Center (EASC) via FAX at 205 321-1006.
