Service Description

BellSouth Listed Name and Address (LNA) service provides Interexchange Carriers (IXCs) with a monthly update on prospects within BellSouth's central offices.

From specific NPA-NXX and ZIP Code information to prospects in the entire nine-state region, BellSouth LNA service lets you choose the names you want, giving you the ability to build your prospect database with targeted information.

Working with the records you selected, new customers are just a phone call away.

For flexibility, records are available for Residence only, Business only, or both. You can also request specific changes, such as new connects only, disconnects only, changes only, or any combination.

Together LNA and BellSouth Change Activity Register (CAR) provide you with current information on prospects, giving you a leg up on the competition.

Service Design

BellSouth Listed Name and Address (LNA) service provides the following information on each record ordered:

  • Listed Name and Address, City, State and ZIP Code
  • Billing Telephone Number
  • Working Telephone Number
  • Terminal Number
  • Customer Type Indicator (Residential or Business)
  • Non-published/Non-list Indicator (If subscribed to an IXC)
  • Customer Source (If subscribed to an IXC)
  • Customer Code
  • Foreign Language Indicator (FLI)
  • SIC Code
  • Jurisdictional Indicator
  • PIC Freeze Indicator

Availability & Pricing

BellSouth Listed Name and Address (LNA) service comes in two separate types of lists — one for IntraLATA and one for InterLATA.

LNA is priced on a per-record basis to provide maximum value to subscribers. Current rates for the service are $.06 per record for either the IntraLATA Subscribed List of InterLATA Subscribed List.

LNA is available to registered Interexchange Carriers (IXCs) in all nine states except for North Carolina.

Ordering & Implementation

BellSouth Listed Name and Address (LNA) service can by ordered by obtaining a Customer Information Request Form (CL-1058) and forwarding it to the Equal Access Service Center (EASC) via FAX at 205 321-1006.
