BellSouth Service Installation Guarantee
Because BellSouth Interconnection Services knows that predictable service is important to you, we have established a Service Installation Guarantee (SIG). Should BellSouth fail to meet mutually agreed upon access transport service order installation dates, you will receive a credit for the non-recurring charges associated with that service. Service Installation Guarantees are credited to your bill when a service date is missed and are as defined in Tariff F.C.C. No.1, Sec.2.4.9.
BellSouth Service Assurance Warranty
To demonstrate our commitment to delivering a high-level of service performance for access transport services, BellSouth Interconnection Services has established a Service Assurance Warranty (SAW). This commitment enables customers who may experience "service interruptions" in access transport services to receive a credit for a percentage of their monthly recurring charges.
