AT&T® Premises Service

AT&T® Premises Service provides to Wholesale customers pre-approval for the installation of non-regulated Basic and Non-Basic inside wiring and jacks during the installation or maintenance of our Wholesale Products and Services.

By subscribing to AT&T Premises Service, our AT&T technicians perform inside wire and jack installation work at the Wholesale customers' end user premises - the end-user's side of the network interface or demarcation point - during the installation or repair of a AT&T Wholesale Product eliminating supplemental service orders and incomplete installation while reducing truck rolls for AT&T and the Wholesale Customer.

AT&T® Premises Service is available where your end-user is served by DS0/1/3, SL1/2, 1FR/B or Switched Port Loop Combination level service. When your end user requests inside wiring or jack work, AT&T's technicians will verify your status as a APS subscriber and then complete the requested work. AT&T will bill you directly on a Customer Record Information System (CRIS) bill. There's no hassle to your customer and no unnecessary delays.

AT&T® Premises Service covers both Basic and Non-Basic Inside Wire Installation. Inside Wire Rates, service descriptions, definitions and service specific stipulations are located in the Non-Regulated Services - Pricing section of each State tariff.
