The following rates are applicable when submitting a Local Service Request (LSR) for porting:
OSS Ordering Charges:
Wireless service providers (WSPs) shall place orders for wireless local number portability by submitting a local service request (LSR) to BellSouth.
BellSouth shall bill wireless service providers an electronic (SOMEC) service order charge at the rate of $3.50 for each LSR submitted by means of an electronic interface [e.g., Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Local Exchange Navigation System (LENS) or Telecommunications Access Gateway (TAG)].
BellSouth shall bill wireless service providers a manual (SOMAN) service order charge at the rate of $19.99 for each LSR submitted by means other than the electronic interfaces (e.g., mail, fax, courier, etc.).
An individual LSR will be identified for billing purposes by its Purchase Order Number (PON).
BellSouth will bill the electronic or manual service order charge for an LSR, regardless of whether that LSR is later supplemented, clarified or cancelled.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, BellSouth will not bill an additional electronic or manual service order charge for supplements to any LSR submitted to clarify, correct, change or cancel a previously submitted LSR. Click here for Directory Listings Charges.
