1) How do I find something inside an Adobe® pdf document?

After you have pulled up the document inside Adobe Acrobat Reader; you will see, along the top right side of the tool bar, an icon that looks like a pair of binoculars. This is the 'Find' function in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Click on the binoculars icon.

You will then see a new window appear asking for the text string to find.

Enter the text string or single word you wish to find in the "Find What:" location bar then click on the "Find" button.

Adobe Acrobat Reader will highlight the desired text within the pdf document.

2) An updated version of the guide I would like to view or download has been posted but, I only see the old version?

Hold down the "shift" key on the keyboard and click "refresh" or ("reload" in Netscape) to clear your browser's cache. Your page will refresh to allow you to view the most current changes.

 

Note: After each document is posted, It takes at least 15 minutes for all updates and changes to show on the Website.
