Before submitting a dispute to BellSouth, a carrier should verify that they have all the information around their order from their provisioning group. The top four areas of information that a carrier should verify with their provisioning group are the following -

• The provisioning group made changes to the due date
• The provisioning group advised that they were not ready for service
• The provisioning group accepted service early
• The provisioning group accepted service even when they did not have all of their work complete

If the carrier is not aware of changes made to the service by the provisioning group, then there may be areas of the bill that do not match their records. These issues need to be handled with the carrier's provisioning group, and not BellSouth.
