CHAPTER 6.0 - Electronic Billing Adjustment Request (eBAR) |
When a dispute is submitted via eBAR (website), a BAR-like form is generated by the system. This form will be emailed to the customer when the dispute investigation is complete. Click here to view the generated BAR form with Response section (with field descriptions)
When the BAR response is sent to the customer, BellSouth considers the dispute closed. The customer must reply within 5 business days if they do not concur with BellSouth's findings. If they fail to reply within the 5 business days, BellSouth will consider the dispute CLOSEd and CONCURRED. The carrier should remit all undisputed monies to BellSouth.
