Billing And Collection Contact & Escalation Matrix

The link below provides a spreadsheet with a complete list of BellSouth Interconnection Billing & Collections contacts. This list should be used to identify the correct Billing Dispute Center to send billing disputes to BellSouth. The file contains e-mail, and postal address information for sending disputes to the appropriate center based on service type as identified on the Billing Adjustment Request (BAR) Form. The file also contains escalation contacts for each center by service type.

Mass Disputes

The Mass Dispute Spreadsheet is the preferred dispute method for submitting mass disputes, including:

• Recurring monthly charges
• New, Other Charges and Credit Disputes
• New Tax Disputes
• New Late Payment Charge Disputes
• New Usage Disputes
