As stated earlier in this section, it is imperative that all errors must be corrected as soon as possible. Until an error is corrected, the information for that subscriber will either be in the database incorrectly or not in the database at all. This could result in 9-1-1 calls being directed to the wrong PSAP and having to be transferred to the appropriate PSAP.

A compiled error report will be forwarded to each ICO on a monthly basis in an effort to ensure that the ICO is aware of all unresolved daily errors. The error report is sorted in street name order to aid in resolving address errors.
