There are several reasons a record may not be available for retrieval:
A primary ALI processor and a secondary ALI processor serve each PSAP in the region. These processors alternate responses to ALI retrieval requests coming from the PSAP. Therefore, audit data, including NRF data, is found on the audit files from both the primary and secondary ALI processors. This data is combined to produce one NRF report.
The NRF report will be generated every day, Monday through Friday. This report provides information about NRFs for investigation.
The following schedule has been developed for the daily NRF reports. The NRF report will be mailed/faxed daily (Monday - Friday) to the appropriate TELCO.
| print Friday's NRFs | NRF report on Monday |
| print Sat / Sun's NRFs | NRF report on Monday |
| print Monday's NRFs | NRF report on Tuesday |
| print Tuesday's NRFs | NRF report on Wednesday |
| print Wednesday's NRFs | NRF report on Thursday |
| print Thursday's NRFs | NRF report on Friday |
The Fri / Sat / Sun NRF reports printed on Monday will provide separate totals for each day.
