The NRF report is separated by service provider and by state and sorted by TN. A summary is provided for numbers of NRFs.

Following is an example of the NRF report and the cover sheet used for the fax:

The ICO View NRF Report will include:

ICO:	ICO Name
Date:	Date of NRF followed by day of the week
PSAP:	Two(2) character State identifier, 8 - 10 character PSAP name and four(4) character PSAP ID of agency that received the NRF
Total:	Total number of NRFs
TN:	Number of the caller which resulted in NRF, including NPA
Time of call:	Time of call: Time of NRF
County:	County / Parish assigned to the four(4) character PSAP ID
Status:	Status of referral; OPEN, PENDING, PENDING ERR
