ICOs that send daily update records through BellSouth's ICONS group receive their errors via fax.

| 1. ACT CODE | Action code. Valid
codes are:
I = Insert, C = Change line detail; affects a single TN, P = Main account delete; deletes main account and all subsidiary lines, E = processes main account changes to all subsidiary lines, K = change main account telephone number, L=delete single line, U=unlock, M=migrate | |
| 2. ERR1/2/3 | The first error condition encountered in processing the service order; the error codes are defined in this tab; additional errors may be detected on the same order and the error codes will be populated in ERR2 and ERR3. | |

| 9. LOCATION | Additional address information can be up to twenty(20) characters. | |
| 10. DIR | Directional prefix, may be one(1) or two(2) characters. Valid entries are: "E", "N", "S", "W", "NE", "NW", "SE", "SW" | |
| 11. STREET | Street name may be up to 44 characters; thoroughfare designation may be up to six(6) alpha characters. Standard thoroughfare abbreviations should be used. This field may also contain a direction suffix. Valid entries are: E, N, S, W, NE, NW, SE, SW. | |
| 12. COMMUNITY | A 32 character field containing the fully spelled community name. | |
| 13. EXCH | A 3 or 4 character code containing the exchange code of the main account. | |
| 14. STATE | A two(2) character state code indicating the state where the line resides. Valid entries are: "AL", "KY", "LA", "MS", "TN", "GA", "SC", "NC", "FL". | |
| 15. TAR | Six(6) digit Taxing Area. | |
| 16. NAME | A thirty-two(32) character field containing the listed name of the customer account. | |
| 17. MAIN ACCOUNT | A ten(10) digit telephone number, which is the customer's main account. | |
| 18. SO# | Service order number. | |
| 19. COMMENT | Comment field used by INTRADO. May be used to explain why the update was made to the database, i.e., "NRF". | |
| 20. SO REC DATE | The date the update was applied to the database. | |
| 21. LAST MOD | Last modified. The program ID, date and time of the update to the database. | |
| 22. CP DATE | The completion date of the service order | |
| 23. USERID | The user ID of the INTRADO employee making the update to the database. | |
