CHAPTER 12.0 - Error Resolution |
A clean-up record along with the error record is provided to all ICOs that receive their errors via FAX. A clean-up record is a current view of the associated TN record as it appears in the INTRADO TSS database. A clean-up record is only sent if the record already exists in the E911 database. The clean-up record is separated from its corresponding error record with dashes (i.e. ------). An error is separated from another error record with a solid line (i.e. ______ ). A page break will occur after the error and not after the clean-up record, so the last record on a page will always be an error.
