CHAPTER 12.0 - Error Resolution |
ICOs that use faxing as their method of sending corrected E911errors to Intrado should use the markings listed below on their error print. Intrado is responsible for interpreting the markings on the error print and taking appropriate actions to process the error. The marking codes, their definitions and the appropriate actions are listed below:
| MARKING | DEFINITION / ACTIONS |
| SOI | The ICO has issued an address correcting service order to update the E911 system. These records will be deleted from the error file by INTRADO. |
| COR | The ICO's records are correct and a service order will not be issued. Data changes have been made on the error file printout. INTRADO will type changes to the error file exactly as they are denoted on the error print. |
| AVR ISSUED | These records are unresolved and pending investigation by the E911 county / city / parish and return of an (AVR) Address Verification Request to the ICO from the 911 customer. No action is required by INTRADO |
| DEL DB REC | These records are in error because a database record exists for the same TN. Mark the clean-up record "DEL DB REC" |
| DEL ERR REC | The records are correct in the database or have been disconnected. Delete these records from the INTRADO error database. |
