The ICO is responsible for:

• Requesting the Data Extract.
• Reconciling their data by comparing the extract file with TN data currently maintained within their customer address database.
• Sending updates as required to the E9-1-1 database via Service Order Interface (SOI).

INTRADO is responsible for:

• Scheduling ICO Data Extracts.
• Determining Extract dates.
