The E911 System Implementation Process should begin approximately thirty (30) days after the Letter of Intent is signed. A Core Team and Subcommittees are formed to minimize the time spent in the implementation meetings. The purpose of the first Core Team Meeting is to establish the E911 Critical Dates for the Conversion Implementation Schedule.

An ICO Implementation Schedule and explanations of the fields are provided on the following pages. A form has also been designed for setting and tracking critical dates. The form can be reproduced locally as necessary.
