If the street is in more than one ESN boundary and the:

• street name is the same
• ranges overlap
• community name is the same
• the exchange is the same

E911 cannot mechanically assign an ESN, unable to determine to which ESN 25-50 Main St. should be assigned:

The county / City / Parish must re-number or re-name the portion of the street that overlaps (re-numbering is the most logical solution) and BST and/or ICO must update the subscriber records via a service order.
