This situation is similar to the previous situation. If streets with the same name and community are in more than one ESN boundary and the:

• street name is the same
• ranges overlap (or are the same)
• community name is the same
• the exchange is the same

E911 cannot mechanically determine the correct ESN to assign. The system cannot determine to which ESN 250 Jones St. should be assigned.

The most logical solution would be to re-number or re-name one of the street segments.
