The file must be on magnetic tape and must meet the following specifications:

• ASCII or EBCDIC format
• 1600 OR 6250 BPI
• Logical Record Length - 184
• Tape Label - non label or standard label (non-label is requested)
• Data preceded by a tape mark. The last record is followed by a tape mark.
• Multiple reels may be required.
• Block size = 20 records (3680 characters)
• All data will be left justified and space filled EXCEPT for the House Number field which is RIGHT-JUSTIFIED & SPACE filled. In those cases where there is no house number, the field will be space filled.
