1 - 2	Directional Prefix	The directional prefix that applies to the street name.

3 - 50	Street Names	This field is a street name (including thoroughfare designation and directional suffix, if applicable). Thoroughfare designations are provided in this tab. The street name is the primary street name only. If the street is unnamed, this may be the full spelling or approved abbreviation of the community name.

51 - 58	Spaces	Unused spaces

59 - 66	Low Range	The lowest house number of the address range. If a house number is present, this field should contain leading zeros. If it is an unnumbered address range, it contains spaces.

75 - 82	Zeros	This field should be zero filled.

91 - 98	High Range	The highest house number of the address range. If a house number is present, this field should contain leading zeros. If there is only one address in the address range, the field contains the same characters as the Low Range field. If it is an unnumbered address range, the field contains spaces.

149	Odd / Even Indicator or Type Indicator	A code to indicate whether the addresses in the address range in numbered areas are all even (E), all odd (O), or blank for both or unnumbered range.

152 - 154	ESN (N)	The three(3) digit Emergency Service Number associated with a particular set of selective agencies used for routing purposes.
