3 - 50	48	Street Name (AN) (Includes thoroughfare and suffix)
51 - 58	8	Low Range (AN) This field can be all numeric, alphanumeric where the 1st two(2) characters are alpha or spaces. If a house number is present, this field should contain leading spaces.
59 - 66	8	High Range (AN) This field can be all numeric, alphanumeric where the 1st two characters are alpha or spaces. If a house number is present, this field should contain leading spaces.

99 - 100	2	State (A)
101	1	Odd / Even Indicator (A) values: O - Odd, E - Even, B - Both, Space - Unnumbered

105 - 107	3	911 Customer ID

114 - 117	4	Telco ID (N) - The 4 character FCC #4 Telco ID
