The on-going maintenance responsibilities for the E911customer are shown
below:
Submit MSAG Ledgers as needed to ICO
Resolve Address Verification Requests (AVR) referred by ICO
Submit PSAP Inquiry Forms to ICO
Submit ESN realignments / new ESN requirements to the BST marketing
contact allowing sufficient lead-time. The amount of lead-time required will
vary depending upon the extensiveness of the changes, minimum lead-time is
thirty(30) days.
