The ICO NXX Notification form must be submitted to the BST AFIG supervisor to advise of all NXXs involved in a new county E911 implementation. This form should be completed and provided to BST during the initial implementation meeting.
ICO's should be proactive with notification of new NXXs to Intrado. Early notification of new NXXs will help prevent 101 errors. The ICO NXX Notification form must be submitted to INTRADO and BellSouth ICONS (if applicable) at least two(2) weeks prior to the addition of a new NXX. The ICO NXX Notification Form should be emailed to Intrado's Project Mailbox at bellsouth.projectoffice@intrado.com. If BellSouth ICONS is being used, the form should also be emailed to Lesley.Bennett@bellsouth.com.
