The ICO portion of the TN database must be created and furnished to INTRADO in E911 format. If the ICO has arranged a direct connection to INTRADO for the purpose of sending daily updates, the same arrangement may be used to transmit TN data for the purpose of conducting a TN/MSAG compare or the load of the initial data. If the ICO uses the BST ICONs group, the initial load or TN data used for the purpose of conducting a TN/MSAG compare must be created on magnetic tape. An outside vendor may be used to format the data and produce the tape when an ICO cannot produce the tape. The initial load or TN data used for the purpose of conducting a TN/MSAG compare must include all subscribers in a wire center even if the boundary of the wire center overlaps into other counties unless end office screening is used. The date by which the tape or electronic file must be prepared is on the ICO Database Critical Dates Schedule shown in Tab 3.
