SCENARIO A:
The telephone number entered in the TN field may not have been formatted properly. | |

SCENARIO B:
When using LENS to enter an order, the CLEC must specify the area in which the line will exist. For example, in Florida, a CLEC has three choices for area: FL-North, FL-South, FL-Southeast. If the wrong area is selected, the Invalid TN clarification will be generated. | |

SCENARIO C:
The telephone number may have been typed incorrectly. Common errors include missing or transposed digits. | |

SCENARIO
A:
The telephone number should be entered as ten digits with no spaces or dashes. For example, 5615551212 is a valid entry while 561-555-1212, 561 555 1212, and (561) 5551212 are all invalid. |
