Many types of documents exist to assist CLECs with submitting LSRs and resolving errors/clarifications. Above all, errors and clarifications can be prevented by consulting the Bellsouth Business Rules for Local Ordering (BBRLO) Search Tool prior to submitting an order. CLECs can use the BBRLO to verify that the LSR conforms to the published business rules which guide the ordering process.
