Scenario: You want to convert one or more, but not all, of
the lines of an existing multi-line account and must first create
the new account with the lines to migrate.

1. From the Main Menu, click "Firm Orders".
The Firm Order Menu is displayed.

2. From the "Request Type" drop down, select "Resale
(Non-Complex) - EB.
3. From the "Activity Type" drop down, select "Partial
Migration - Initial - P".
4. Populate the required fields, including "Telephone Account
Number". Required fields are shown in red.
5. Click "Continue".
The Address Validation screen is returns with "Completed Successfully"
displayed at the top in green.

If the validation fails and a match cannot be found, a message
displays in red at the top of the screen explaining the problem.
LENS will return details as to what information is needed to identify
an address match. Use this information found in the section above
the Validate Address section to determine the information/changes
needed to complete the validation successfully.
6. Click "Continue to LSR Line Management".
The LSR Line Management screen displayed.

7. In the "Add Previously Reserved TN" fields, type your
previously reserved telephone numbers and click "OK" and/or,
in the "Add Other Existing TN" fields, type other existing
numbers and click "OK" to add numbers to the "Available
Telephone Numbers list.
OR
Populate the "Telephone Number Options", "Special
Number Pattern", and "Number Exclusions" fields as
desired/necessary and click "Retrieve Available Telephone Numbers"
to get a list of numbers.

8. In the "Available Telephone Numbers" list, select
one or more numbers. To select multiple numbers, hold the Ctrl key
while clicking on the desired numbers.
9. Click the right arrow.
Selected numbers display in the "Selected Telephone Numbers"
list.

10. In the "Selected Telephone Numbers" list, select
a number and click "Select ATN" to select one telephone
number as the Account Telephone Number (ATN).
OR
In the "Account Telephone Number" field, type the account
telephone number.

11. In the "Existing Account Telephone Number" field,
confirm the accuracy of the number.
12. Click "Continue to Features and Services". Proceed
to Step 13.
OR
Click "Continue to Line Details". Proceed to Step 14.
13. Select Services and Features:

a. To select features for a specific telephone number either click
the telephone number hyperlink
OR
To choose features for all lines, click "Select Features
and Services for All Lines Not Configured".
The Features and Services screen is displayed.

b. From the box on the left, select no more than 5 services to be
added to the line or lines and click "Display Features for
Selected Service".
OR
Click "Features for Touchtone, Touchstar, RingMaster, Custom
Calling and Customized Code Restrictions" to see the features
for those particular services.
The Features and Services, Available Features screen is displayed.

c. Check the box associated with each desired feature and click
"Add Features".
The Selected Features screen is displayed with the selected features
listed at the top.

d. Review the selected features.
To remove a feature, check the box associated with the
desired feature and click "Remove Selected Features".
OR
To begin again, click "Remove All Features" and return
to Step 2.
e. Once you have confirmed the features are correct, click
"Return to Select TN for Features and Services".
The Select TN for Features and Services screen is displayed.
A red checkmark appears next to all telephone numbers for which
features have been confirmed.

f. Click "Continue to Line Details".
The Line Details Partial Migration screen is displayed.

14. Configure Line Details:
a. From the "Line Activity" drop down, select
the line activity for the first number to be worked.
If the account is multi-line you will work one line
at a time.
b. To configure the line, click on the hyperlink of
a telephone number.
The Service Details section of the Line Details Partial Migration
screen is displayed.

c. Populate the fields, as needed.
d. Once you have completed the screen either click "Accept
Line Details for Selected Telephone Number" or "Accept
Line Details for All Telephone Numbers", as appropriate.
All configured telephone numbers return with red checkmarks.

e. When check marks appear beside all numbers comprising
the account, click "Continue to Directory Listings".
The Directory Listing Details screen is displayed.

15. Populate the fields in each section, as applicable.
16. Click "Continue".
If the "Listing Activity" field is populated with "New
Listing" or "Change", a message appears reminding
you to type the Listed Name and Address exactly as they should appear
in the Directory.
17. To edit your entries, click "Cancel". Once the entries
are exactly correct, click "OK".
The Directory Listing Details, continued screen is displayed.

18. Populate the fields in each section, as applicable.
19. Click "Continue".
The Directory Listing Summary screen is displayed.

20. Populate the fields in the Submitted Listing Information section.
- To Edit the listing:
- Click the Directory Listing Number.
- Change the information as needed when the Directory Listing
Details screen appears.
- Click "Continue" until you return to the Directory
Listing Summary screen.
- To Delete the listing:
- Click the "Select to Delete" checkbox for the
listing.
- Click "Delete Selected Listings"
- To Add Another Listing:
- Click "Add a New Listing Request".
- Repeat the Directory Listing process when the Directory
Listing Details screen appears.
21. When the listing is complete, click "Continue".
The Calculate Due Date screen is displayed.

22. If the Calculated Due Date is not desirable, type a new date
in the "Desired Due Date" field.
23. Click "Recalculate Due Date.
24. Populate the required fields.
25. To view or edit LSR-related information, click on any of the
toolbar links at the bottom of the screen.
26. When your LSR is complete and accurate, click "Submit
LSR".
If your LSR is complete and accurate you will receive an Acknowledgement.
If you do not receive an Acknowledgement, you may have entered a
duplicate PON or made a fatal LSR error.
If the PON is a duplicate, LENS will prompt you to provide a different
PON and resubmit the LSR.
If an error exists in your LSR, LENS displays the Error List Page:
- To review the error, click the corresponding link.
- After correcting the error, click "Return to Error List
Page".
