Scenario: You need to review or update the directory
delivery information and/or the directory types and quantities.
While creating or viewing a Customer Service Record
(CSR), you clicked the "Directory Info" link at the bottom
of an LSR screen and the Directory Delivery Information screen appeared.

1. Review the Directory Delivery Information and edit as needed.
2. In the Directory Options, specify quantities and directory types
for as many as three different directories.
Note:
The "Directory Quantity Annual" field represents the
number of directories requested for annual delivery and the "Directory
Quantity New Connect" field represents the number of directories
requested for interim delivery. Each filed is limited to 4 numerics.
