Scenario: You need to edit, delete, or add a
directory listing.
While creating or viewing a Customer Service Record
(CSR), you clicked the "Directory Listing" link at the
bottom of an LSR screen and the Directory Listing Summary screen
was displayed.

1. In the Submitted Listing Information section, populate the fields
as necessary.
- To Edit the listing:
- Click the Directory Listing Number.
- When the Directory Listing Details screen appears, change
the information as needed.
- Click "Continue" until you return to the Directory
Listing Summary screen.
- To Delete the listing:
- Click the "Select to Delete" checkbox for the
listing.
- Click "Delete Selected Listings"
- To Add Another Listing:
- Click "Add a New Listing Request".
- Repeat the Directory Listing process when the Directory
Listing Details screen appears.
2. When the listing is complete, click "Continue". |
