Scenario: You want to add, remove, or update hunt groups
or hunt lines.
While creating or viewing a Customer Service Record (CSR), you
clicked the "Hunting" link at the bottom of an LSR screen
and the Hunting screen was displayed.

Perform any of the following as needed:
- Add a Hunt Group
- From the "Hunt Group Activity" drop down, select
"New". When you select "New" , "N"
automatically appears in the "Hunt Group Identifier"
field. The letter "N" alone is not valid at any
other time. In the "Hunt Group Identifier" field,
type a hunt group name.
- From the "Hunt Group Type Code" drop down, select
the desired code.
- Click "Add Group".
- Repeat the process for all hunt groups you are adding, and
then follow the directions below to add Hunt Lines to each
Hunt Group.

- Updating Hunt Groups
- In the "Hunt Group" window, click the hunt group
to be edited.
- Edit the hunt group entries as necessary.
- Click "Update Group".
- The entries are displayed in the "Hunt Group"
window.

- Removing Hunt Groups
- In the "Hunt Group" window, click the hunt group
to be removed.
- Click "Remove Group".
- The hunt group and all associated lines are deleted.

- Changing the Hunt Sequence
- In the "Hunt Line" window, select the lines to
be moved.
- To move the highlighted lines to their new position in the
hunting sequence, click the Up or Down arrow. To select multiple
lines hold down the Ctrl key while selecting the desired lines.

- Updating Hunt Lines
- In the "Hunt Line" window, select the line(s).
- Edit the fields, as necessary.
- Click "Update Line".
- The update entries are displayed in the "Hunt Line"
window.

- Removing Hunt Lines
- In the "Hunt Line" window, select the line(s).
- Click "Remove Line".
- The hunt line(s) are removed from the window.
- The remaining lines are displayed in the new hunt line sequence.
