Scenario: You want to view an LSR and its order information and you know the PON for the LSR.

1. From the Main Menu, click "View LSR/Order Information".

The View LSR/Order Information screen is displayed.

2. From the drop down, select the desired information.

3. Select "Specific PON".

4. In the text entry box, type the PON.

5. Click "Retrieve PONs".The PON Details screen is displayed.

6. Review the information.

7. Click "Return to LSR/Order Info Main" when finished viewing the information.

Note:

You can only access LSR/Order Information for orders submitted via LENS using your current company code.

Firm Order Confirmations (FOCs) and Completion Notices (CNs) do not display the End User name.
