Welcome to the Software Vendor Process (SVP) home page. The Software Vendor Process is designed to assist software vendors during their development of OSS pre-order and/or firm order interface applications software and services for CLECs, as well as for WSPs that use local ordering interfaces for WLNP orders. The Process supports the following vendor categories: Front-Office Software Provider, Systems Integrator, Service Bureau, and Service Providers. A full description of these categories may be found in the Overview of Software Vendor Process below.
This home page contains links to a presentation that explains the SVP in more detail, and a list of currently certified vendors.
Vendors that have signed an agreement with BellSouth will be provided with a User ID and Password to access the password-protected pages. These pages contain the documents and forms essential to the certification process, as well as information and updates for SVP vendors.
